Questions about prices

Is there a contract?

No. You pay month to month, or by the year if you pick yearly, and cancel whenever you like from your dashboard. Cancelling moves you to the Free plan and you lose nothing.

What happens if I stop paying?

Your business stays online. For 14 days everything works while the payment is retried; then you move to the Free plan: paid features pause and your settings are kept. Nothing is deleted and your customers' cards keep working.

Can I change plans?

Yes, whenever you like, from Your plan in your dashboard. Moving up turns the new features on with the payment. Moving down pauses the paid features and keeps your settings for when you come back.

How do I pay?

In USD, by card or bank transfer. The Free plan asks for no payment.

Is there a founding price?

Yes. The first 100 businesses that pay for a plan keep its monthly price for life, while they stay subscribed. After more than 30 days without a subscription, the list price comes back. Add-ons follow the list price.
